Our mission is to foster holistic wellness and recovery through supportive care, advocacy, and skill development, in a therapeutic environment that ensures client’s safety, health and overall well-being. We are committed to developing partnerships with clients and their treatment/ support teams to meet clients’ individualized health and wellness goals. CADENS HEALTH AND WELLNESS is owned and managed by experienced psychiatric nurses, for effective medication management, coordination of care, safety, best practice as evidenced by outcomes. Our focus is persons recovering from mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and co-occurring disorders.
Our compassionate and dedicated mental health professionals incorporate The Recovery Model and the strength based approach into individualized treatment plans.
We partner with families and the health community to find solutions for our residents. Residents can attain optimal functioning and quality of life despite living with a diagnosis of mental illness. That is our commitment to our community.
